Londyn

Originally from Mayfield, Kentucky, Londyn moved to Evansville, Indiana, at a young age. Inspired by his mother’s 20-year business career and a background in sports, he began a successful sales career in 2023 before founding his own firm, Invictus Consulting Group.

In his free time, Londyn enjoys playing basketball, trying new foods, and surrounding himself with good people.

Jaylena is from Evansville IN, in high school she studied for entrepreneurship and found out she liked business and networking with people. Which eventually lead her to working with Invictus and finding a spot to be vocal and engaging while working with a team and helping them grow! In her free time she babysits and enjoys taking naps and playing with cats!

Devaughnte

Devaughnte grew up in Evansville, Indiana started his first business cutting hair in 2019. After earning his barber’s license and graduating high school, He set out to find an environment that matched his entrepreneurial drive — that’s when he found Invictus. Since then, he’s thrived by focusing on personal growth, leadership, and success. Outside of work, Devaughnte enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and constantly adding value to himself through books and podcasts.

Owen was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. In high school, he launched his own lawn care and landscaping business, showing early drive for entrepreneurship.

Looking for a strong team and bigger opportunities, he joined Invictus Consulting Group. After developing his skills and passion for sales and leadership, he sold his company to focus fully on his career at Invictus.

Outside of work, Owen enjoys working on his truck and watching the Patriots.
