This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and helping build an environment where every team member can thrive. Responsibilities: Support hiring efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication, and assisting with candidate screening Manage new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start for every team member Maintain employee documentation, compliance records, and HR reporting Assist with payroll coordination and updating employee information Help plan team meetings, training sessions, and culture-building events Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and internal support Promote company values and contribute to a positive, growth-focused workplace
